Terms and conditions

1. Definition of parties
The seller is Hadeland Glassverk AS (Org. No. 937 948 212), Glassverkvegen 9, 3520 Jevnaker, hereafter referred to as the seller, we or us. The buyer is the person who is stated as the buyer in the order and is hereinafter referred to as customer, buyer, you, you, yours or yours.

2) General Terms
The purchase conditions apply to the purchase of goods and services from www.hadeland-glassverk.no  and its sub-pages. The terms of purchase and your order, confirmed by order, constitute the total contract basis for the purchase. Consumer purchases are regulated in the Consumer Purchase Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act, the e-commerce Act and the Credit Purchase Act. If you are under the age of 18, you are required to accept the guardian. Goods from e-commerce can, as a rule, only be ordered for delivery in Norway. Delivery outside the country's borders must be further agreed with customer service. All prices are inclusive of VAT and without shipping unless otherwise stated. Total cost will appear before the order is placed and include all expenses associated with the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of all goods based on printing errors, mispricing, competition conditions and all other reasons.

3) Payment
The customer selects the payment method. Payment is processed by qualified suppliers, Klarna Norge AS and Nets Branch Norway, respectively, who are secure electronic payment providers for Visa and MasterCrad / Eurocard. All information entered into Klarna Checkout or Nets, both personal information and card information, is encrypted and secured by the highest standards. All card information is kept in accordance with the card companies' regulations. As a final customer, you can be absolutely sure that your information will never go astray and that they will never be shared with third parties. We require payment for the goods from the time it is sent to us by the customer.

4) Delivery and delay
Shipping by DHL normally delivers within 3-5 working days. In high season, somewhat longer delivery times must be expected. All prices are quoted during the purchase process. When the package is sent you will receive confirmation by email. The package must be picked up at your delivery site within 14 days before being returned to us. If the package is not picked up at the agreed place and the customer wants new delivery, costs in connection with a new shipment as a general rule will accrue to the customer. Unclaimed packages are charged with a fee, - plus shipping. This is to cover all costs for freight return, handling and packaging. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address and mobile number so that we will be notified when the package is ready for delivery. The stated mobile number must be a Norwegian number. If an item is empty, other goods will be shipped and missing item (s) will be credited. Could receive a confirmation email on this credit.

6) Responsibility and examination of the products
Risk to the products is taken over by the customer as soon as they are in the customer's possession. After the customer has received the goods, the delivery should be examined as soon as one has the opportunity to ensure that; the consignment is in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the products have been damaged during transport, or have other faults / defects.

7) Replacement / cancellation right
According to the right of withdrawal, the cancellation period applies for 14 days from the day the buyer received the goods. If one wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned in the same condition as it was received and with the completed right of withdrawal form. The customer will, after approved return, get back what has been paid. Returnport is paid by the customer. See the detailed information on the right of withdrawal form.

8) Complaints
If there is a defect in the goods, it must be given within a reasonable time, by email about this. The customer will then be given guidance on how the complaint should be carried out. The rules on complaints can be found in the Act on Consumer Purchases.

9) Reservations
We strive to provide our customers with as accurate information as possible, but make reservations that typing / printing errors can occur. In the event of a sale, we reserve the right to cancel all or part of the order. In such situations we will do what we can to find alternative solutions. The customer will have the opportunity to accept new offers with respective changes or cancel the order. Images used on our pages are illustrative and may differ from the actual appearance of the product. We reserve the right not to deliver to Svalbard and Jan Mayen.

10) Personal information and other information
We are very concerned that personal information is handled safely. In essence, we only process information that is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our obligations to customers. In connection with accounting, fee handling and return / guarantee handling, we are required to keep, among other things, name, address and email. Credit card numbers are handled by a qualified payment service provider. Purchase history and log data are used to learn more about what our customers are concerned with, as well as improve offers and selection. 11) Customer's obligations
As a customer, you are responsible for paying the services the seller delivers in accordance with current conditions. The responsibility also includes others' use of access (unauthorized use), as long as it cannot be demonstrated that this has been made possible through negligence on the part of the seller.

12) Changes to the Terms
Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.

13) Extraordinary conditions
The seller is not liable for indirect losses as a result of deficiencies etc. The loss is caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of the seller.

14) Force Major
Is delivery or redistribution unreasonably burdensome due to labor conflict or any other circumstance that the parties cannot dispose of, such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military summons of similar scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, rebellion and riots, shortage of means of General shortages of goods, as well as deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers due to such circumstances referred to in this paragraph, the Seller is exempt from any liability other than in warranty cases and credit it to the defective item's associated purchase price.

15) Copyright
All content on www.porsgrund.com belongs to Porsgrunds Porselænsfabrik AS or subcontractor of said property, and is protected by i. copyright, marketing and trademark laws. This means that any information, design, images and graphics can under no circumstances be downloaded, copied or used without the prior written consent of Porsgrunds Porselænsfabrik AS.

16) Disputes
The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, the case can be brought before the Consumer Council according to Norwegian law.
