Here we have gathered the questions that we most often meet from our customers. If you do not find the answer to your question, contact us and we will help you.
- Do I need a login account / membership to shop at hadeland-glassverk.no?
No. You can also trade in our online store without an account.
- Is it safe to shop online?
You can be completely safe when shopping with us. Your payment will be processed by Adyen (card) or Klarna (invoice) which is among Europe's largest providers of payment solutions.
- What is the smallest / largest amount I can order for?
There is no minimum / maximum amount for shopping with us
- What happens if the product is damaged during transport?
If the item is damaged on receipt, let us know by sending an email to; email@example.com. Remember the order number.
- How Long Is The Delivery Time?
The orders are packed and shipped from our logistics center in Eastern Norway. Normal delivery time is 3-4 business days, depending on where the the package is to be sent.
- What does the shipping cost?
The standard freight rate may differ. In promotional periods it can be free shipping.
- Can I track my order?
The tracking number will be sent to you at the specified email address as soon as the item has been prepared with us. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

- I haven't received the item yet - can I cancel my purchase?
If you want to cancel the order please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email at email@example.com. If the order is not already implemented, we will do what we can to meet your wish.
- How do I return items that I do not want, and does this cost anything?
Ordinary deadline for e-commerce is 14 days. With us you have an extended right of withdrawal for a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods. The product must be in salable condition ie unused and with the original packaging intact.Receivables will be credited back into the account a few days after we have received and processed the return. Important: You must use a return slip from Postnord that is included in the package. This can be found in the plastic pocket on the outside of the consignment along with the delivery note.
- Can I change the order before I receive it ?
Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to change a completed order.
- What do I do if something is missing in my order?
If the shipment you received deviates from the order please let us know by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to enter the order number.
- The price has dropped on the product after I ordered it..Can I get the insert back?
Prices may vary - also online. If you experience this, please contact email@example.com and we will evaluate your case. The price difference must be documented and be within 30 days of the first purchase. When buying in the e-commerce, you are free to use the right of withdrawal within 30 days from the time you received the goods. Remember that the item must be in salable condition, unused and with original packaging intact..
