Responsibility and examination of the products
The risk to the products is taken over by the customer as soon as they are in the customer's possession. After the customer has received the goods, the delivery should be examined as soon as one has the opportunity to ensure that; the consignment is in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the products have been damaged during transport, or have other faults / defects.

Replacement and cancellation
According to the right of withdrawal, the cancellation period applies for 14 days from the day the buyer received the goods. If one wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned in the same condition as it was received and with the completed right of withdrawal form. The customer will, after approved return, get back what has been paid. Returnport is paid by the customer.

Complaints
If there is a defect in the goods, written notice must be given by email (kundeservice@hadeland-glassverk.no) within a reasonable time. The customer will then be given guidance on how the complaint should be carried out. The rules on complaints can be found in the Act on Consumer Purchases.
